KITCHEN CABINETS
For this kitchen project, I helped a busy mom of 2 reclaim her space by creating user friendly organizational systems. Frequently used items were placed front and center, while infrequently used items, such as entertaining pieces, were relocated to a basement storage area.
PLAYROOM
I helped bring peace to this busy playroom by getting rid of toys the kids did not play with, sorting what they did use into labeled categories, and creating designated locations for all items. When I went back to visit over a month later, the children had maintained the organizational system and were playing with a larger variety of toys owing to the fact that they could find them easily.
OFFICE
During this office project, my client sorted through mountains of paperwork, children’s artwork, and sentimental items. While sorting through these items, my client said, “this is where I would give up on the project if you weren’t here to help me see it through.”
We did see it through, and she now has a system for sorting, filing, and storing all her paperwork and keepsake items.
